Available to rent:
Mon - Sat starting at 5 pm
Sunday any time
Minimum 2-week notice
$175/hr, minimum of 2 hours. Must include set up/clean up time within rental
Outside food and drink allowed at no extra cost
Outside alcohol is allowed for a $50 uncorking fee
50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation. Remaining balance due day of event
15% discount on all food and drink (minimum of $200 spend)
Handicap accessible space (ADA compliant)
Dual-Zone HVAC system complete with both heating and cooling
One barista will be on hand to assist with your event. Additional baristas can be added for an additional cost depending on the specific needs of your rental request
