SPACE RENTAL FAQs

  • Entire property included in rental:

    • Inside (50 person capacity)

    • Patio/courtyard

  • Available to rent:

    • Mon - Sat starting at 5 pm

    • Sunday any time

  • Minimum 2-week notice

  • $175/hr, minimum of 2 hours. Must include set up/clean up time within rental

  • Outside food and drink allowed at no extra cost

  • Outside alcohol is allowed for a $50 uncorking fee

  • 50% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation. Remaining balance due day of event

  • 15% discount on all food and drink (minimum of $200 spend)

  • Handicap accessible space (ADA compliant)

  • Dual-Zone HVAC system complete with both heating and cooling

  • One barista will be on hand to assist with your event. Additional baristas can be added for an additional cost depending on the specific needs of your rental request
